Our goal is to inspire connections, enhance flavors, and share our love for fresh and local foods by bringing friends and families together.
We cook our artisanal cooking salts in small batches. Each batch is roasted for six-hours to extract the natural flavors from each ingredient, then stirred and sifted until it is ready.
Our ingredients are sourced from local farmers in the Hawaiian islands to secure prime and organic products, sustainably sourced and in-season. Our slow and thorough cooking process creates a rich flavor experience we know you will love.
